On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Portland will experience another chilly, bright morning following overnight lows of the mid-20s.
Until 10 a.m., the Metro area is under a chilly weather advisory; however, later in the day, temperatures will rise to about 40 degrees. There will be sunshine and 11 mph breezes.
