The most expensive residential real estate sale in Clark County over the last week is a $1.9 million home in Washougal.

Over the course of the last week, the county saw 192 sales of residential real estate, with an average price of $607,304, or $311 per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 23.

10. $1.2 million, single-family residence at 16305 N.E. 170th Ave.

The single-family home located at 16305 N.E. 170th Ave. in Brush Prairie has been sold. The house was purchased for $1,165,000, and the new owners moved in in December. The house has 4,106 square feet of living space and was constructed in 2024. The final cost per square foot was $284. On December 16, the agreement was concluded.

9. $1.2 million, single-family house at 11513 N.E. 51st Ave.

The single-family home located at 11513 N.E. 51st Ave., Vancouver, which is 3,693 square feet, has been sold. The entire purchase price was $1,172,375, $317 per square foot, and the ownership transfer was finalized in December. In 2024, the house was constructed. On December 13, the agreement was concluded.
