The cost of preventing people from accessing Oswego Lake keeps going up.
A judge in the Clackamas County Circuit Court ordered the city two weeks ago to remove signs prohibiting people from swimming or paddling into the body of water that bears the same name from a number of downtown parks, which are the only places that the public can access the water.
