CHICAGO – According to the authorities, a man was killed by dogs that were mauled to death inside an apartment complex on the West Side on Saturday night.
At approximately 8:30 p.m., the guy, who was 33 years old, was discovered unresponsive in the vestibule of a two-flat apartment building located in the South Austin area on the 5500 block of West Quincy Street, according to the Chicago Police Department.
According to the authorities, the victim had multiple dog bites on his body, and six dogs were discovered inside the apartment where the incident occurred. The deceased individual was pronounced dead at the spot.
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office determined that the deceased individual was Keshon Bullock, a resident of Chicago who was 33 years old.
It was determined that the man’s death was unintentional, and the medical examiner’s office stated that he passed away as a result of the injuries he sustained during a dog mauling.
In the immediate aftermath, officials did not release any additional details.
