Buffalo, New York – The Buffalo Police Department recently executed a search warrant on Tuesday, uncovering a significant cache of suspected drugs, firearms, and cash amounting to over $14,000 at a residence on the 900 block of Northland Avenue.
During the operation, authorities seized approximately 7 1/2 pounds of suspected fentanyl pills, alongside 1 pound of suspected methamphetamine pills, 2 grams of suspected fentanyl, and 2 grams of suspected powder cocaine. The search also yielded drug paraphernalia crucial to narcotics distribution.
In addition to the drugs, police recovered a Smith & Wesson Airweight revolver, a Polymer 80 “ghost gun” loaded with seven rounds, and a Taurus G3 also loaded with seven rounds.
Jarrett Gauer, 24, a resident of Buffalo, faces multiple charges including two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and one count each of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
