Blue Heron paper mill in Oregon City goes up in flames; firefighters on scene

According to Clackamas Fire, firefighters fought a three-alarm fire at the former Blue Heron paper factory in Oregon City on Thursday morning.

While firefighters battled the fire, officials closed Highway 99E.

According to reports, firefighters were called to a fire at approximately 3:45 a.m.

There have been no reports of injuries. At this point, officials have not released any more information.
