Belmont Man Found Dead in Car Identified as Local Resident

Belmont police are investigating the death of 77-year-old Kevin Gildea Kelly, who was found unresponsive in his parked car near a Panda Express on Wednesday evening.

Authorities have ruled out foul play in Kelly’s death. The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office confirmed his identity on Thursday as a resident of nearby San Carlos.
