After a turbulent two years filled with layoffs, Portland-based Vacasa revealed intentions on Monday to go private and sell to another vacation rental management company.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona Based on Vacasa’s outstanding shares in its most recent regulatory filings from November, Casago agreed to buy out Vacasa stockholders for $5.02 per share, a deal worth at least $114 million.
