Have you ever considered living in a tiny house? Or glamp in a different kind of tent than a canvas one?
We get it all on a quick camping trip to a little cabin off the slopes of Oregon’s tallest peak in this week’s episode of Peak Northwest.
A stroll down the Salmon River, a comfortable afternoon at Timberline Lodge, and a night by the fire beneath the stars were all part of our two-night trip to the Mt. Hood Tiny House Village. In a stunning area of Oregon, it was a whole different kind of camping excursion.
Highlights from this week’s episode include the following:
-
What is it like inside one of the tiny houses?
-
The joys and trials of traveling with a baby for the first time.
-
Why Timberline is a great stop in the cold season and how it could be even better.
-
Why we struggled to find a good place to eat on the mountain.
