Eugene Gary Bryant Jr. may continue to play punt return for No. 1 Oregon for the foreseeable future, regardless of whether Tez Johnson is fully recovered.
Bryant had two returns for 12 yards versus Wisconsin two weeks ago after assuming the position during the Maryland game earlier this month. At least in Saturday’s regular season finale against Washington, the fifth-year junior who returned kickoffs for the Ducks last season might be able to hold onto the position.
