On Tuesday, Vancouver City Manager Lon Pluckhahn declared that on December 9, interim Police Chief Troy Price will take the oath of office as the permanent head of the Vancouver Police Department.
“I am confident that as Chief, he will lead our police department with integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to the safety and well-being of our community,” Pluckhahn said in a statement, citing his vast expertise in law enforcement.
