Lake Oswego home of incoming Clackamas County commissioner served with search warrant, lawyer says

One week prior to Melissa Fireside’s election to the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners, Lake Oswego police executed a search warrant on her residence in relation to felony larceny charges, her attorney stated on Tuesday.

Clackamas County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Jones signed the search order on October 30. According to Fireside’s lawyer, Mark Cogan, the court file references an ongoing investigation into aggravated identity theft and aggravated first-degree larceny.
