A guy was taken into custody by Hillsboro police on Monday after he allegedly crashed a pickup truck on U.S. 26 while intoxicated and driving it at almost 100 mph on its tire rims.
According to a statement from the Hillsboro Police Department, Skylar Peplinski, 35, of Medford, was arrested on charges of DUII and careless driving after he allegedly crashed his truck close to the Brookwood Parkway around 8:30 p.m.
