The most costly residential real estate sale in the Portland metro region over the previous week is a $2.4 million home in Lake Oswego.

Over the course of the last week, 617 residential real estate transactions with an average price of $608,615 were reported in the area. In the end, the average cost per square foot was $325.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of November 11.
