35-year-old identified as man killed in NE Portland shooting, police said

Mark Holley, 35, was identified by police as the victim of Monday’s shooting in Northeast Portland.

Around 5:45 p.m., Portland police received calls about shooting near Northeast Fremont Street and 158th Avenue. When police got to the Wilkes neighborhood, they discovered Holley dead.
