Death penalty remains on table for Bryan Kohberger if convicted in killings of Idaho students

According to an Idaho court, Bryan Kohlberger might still be executed if proven guilty of the 2022 murders of four University of Idaho students.

Ada County District Judge Steven Hippler denied all of Kohberger’s petitions to halt the death sentence in a case in which the defendant is charged with four counts of murder and one crime of burglary for the killings that occurred on November 13, 2022, in a written order signed on Tuesday.
