The top six properties in each neighborhood are listed below, selected for their closest proximity to the desired price range and the largest living areas.

1. $600K, 4 bedrooms / 2 baths
Built in 1920 and located in the 17000 block of Highway 99e, Woodburn, this farmhouse sold for $600,000 (about $52 per square foot) in November. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 11,488 square feet of living space. A 4.8-acre lot makes up the property. On November 4, the agreement was finalized.
2. $600K, 3 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms
In November, the ownership of this detached home with three bedrooms and four baths changed. The 2,240-square-foot house, which is situated in the 4400 block of Elmran Dr., West Linn, sold for $600,000, or $268 per square foot. Constructed in 1977, the property occupies 10,397 square feet of land. On November 6, the agreement was concluded.
3. $600K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths
Constructed in 1968 and situated in the 13100 block of S.W. Ash Dr., Portland, the detached home sold for $600,000 ($296 per square foot) in November. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2,028 square feet of living space. There are 8,276 square feet of land on the property. On November 6, the agreement was concluded.

When it sold in November, the single-family house in the 8100 block of S.W. Capitol Highway, Portland, gave another opportunity below the desired price range for $600,000 ($312 per square foot). Located on a 3,903-square-foot lot, this 2008-built home offers 1,924 square feet of living area. On November 6, the agreement was concluded.
5. $600K, 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms
A detached home in Vancouver’s 11100 block of N.E. 29th Ave. with four bedrooms and three bathrooms saw a change of ownership in November. Constructed in 1971 and totaling 1,568 square feet, the property sold for $600,000, or $383 per square foot. The lot is 10,381 square feet in size. On November 8, the agreement was concluded.
6. $600K, 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
This single-family home with two bedrooms and one bathroom, located in Portland’s 3800 block of N.E. Seventh Ave., sold for $600,000 in November, or $456 per square foot. Built in 1912, the house occupies 1,317 square feet and is situated on a 3,300-square-foot lot. On November 1, the agreement was concluded.
