Chicago Police Release Video of Person of Interest in Postal Worker’s Murder

Chicago police have released video footage of a person of interest in the tragic killing of postal worker Octavia Redmond.

Redmond was fatally shot last month while on her delivery route in the West Pullman neighborhood, specifically in the 12100 block of South Harvard Avenue.

The suspect drove up to Redmond and shot her multiple times before fleeing the scene.

Authorities have identified a person of interest who was seen near West 70th Street and South Campbell Avenue shortly before the shooting.

The individual was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black shoes. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter.
