With its two-letter, green logos, TD Bank has a strong presence throughout South Jersey, and it’s time for some corporate office rightsizing.
According to a corporate official, around 1,300 TD Bank employees will start transferring from their existing offices to other TD facilities in the area this month.
This month, some will start moving to 6000 Atrium Way, Mount Laurel, and starting in the fall, the remaining individuals may go to 4140 Church Road, Mount Laurel.
The massive bank is undergoing its first physical transformation since COVID. According to a business spokesperson, it is more consistent with the company’s current hybrid work strategy, which divides the workweek between the office and home.
The global pandemic changed the demand for office space, and work-from-home policies hurt commercial real estate.
One aspect of the seismic shift might be TD Bank’s decision to combine its offices.
In an email to The Sun Papers, the TD official stated that this was just a shift in physical location.
We have realized that we can bring more colleagues together in fewer, more modern locations, given the mostly hybrid working approach of our teams and colleagues. The Mount Laurel region serves as a focal point for TD Bank and will continue to be an important campus where TD employees congregate, collaborate, and network.
According to the same spokesperson, TD Bank’s dedication to South Jersey has not wavered, and the current consolidation solely includes office space—not banking operations.
In South Jersey, there are now 44 TD Bank branches located in the counties of Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem.

According to the same firm spokesperson, there would be no changes to the sites where clients can go to complete their banking because the relocations are entirely of corporate office space.
