People must yell and get up. The dereliction of the U.S. Agency for International Development’s provision of food, medicine, shelter, etc. that keeps people alive worldwide is a physical murder committed by President Donald Trump and Elon Musk (USAID website goes dark as Musk names aid agency criminal, Feb. 2).
It is disheartening that these two men have compelled America, which has long been the savior of countless people escaping war, drought, famine, illness, and other physical threats, to halt this aid with no prior notice, justification, or alternatives.
This issue is not partisan. Both Democrats and Republicans are protesting. We citizens must follow suit.
