Thursday begins in Portland with a cold morning, with highs of slightly over freezing. Travelers should use caution, particularly at higher elevations, since wet roads in outlying areas may result in slick conditions.
According to the National Weather Service, Thursday will be dry in Portland with a high temperature of roughly 43 degrees under largely cloudy sky, with the exception of a few isolated light showers.
