This $1.7M Troutdale home for sale is a Slam Duck for Oregon fans. See why

Super fans of the Oregon Ducks who are selling their home on the river in Troutdale are erecting monuments to their beloved team: Listing agent Michael Bivens stated that automobiles may be stored in the spacious garage facing Eugene to attend University of Oregon home games, a 700-bottle wine cellar is ready to toast victory, and the Ducks insignia is sandblasted into the fireplace wall.

The Sandy Riverfront 2.66-acre property located at 29105 S.E. Stark St. is up for sale for $1,699,950.

The 1992 home’s original owners, the sellers, have 4,040 square feet of living space filled with signed photographs, footballs, flags, and Ducks helmets, according to Bivens of Bridgetown Equity Properties. He added that there is even a Pepsi machine with a Ducks motif.

There is a large statue of Slam Duck on the driveway, and there is a golden O in the garden.

According to Bivens, the remote property’s parklike location with mature trees and landscaped grounds will appeal to anyone who loves to host big parties and cherishes private moments.

The two-story home’s architectural designs were designed by Michael Barclay of Barclay Home Design, who included skylights and large windows to provide natural light into the open floor plan that connected the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

There are two laundry rooms, three bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms.

The house offers the ideal balance of privacy and accessibility because, despite its private surroundings, it is close to Portland, PDX Airport, East County Pickleball Courts, Multnomah Falls, and Troutdale, according to Bivens.
