Update: Air stagnation advisory previously issued will expire at 4 a.m.

The advisory covered the counties of Harney, Baker, and Malheur as well as the Lower Treasure Valley of Oregon.

“Winds and precipitation will improve mixing and eliminate the inversion and stagnant conditions,” the National Weather Service said.
