A guy has been caught and prosecuted after he allegedly locked himself inside a cannabis shop he attempted to loot on Monday.
According to court documents, prosecutors claim that Joshua Hicks, 43, broke into the Portland Cannabis Market in Southeast Portland on Monday, damaged several doors, fled from the police, and then barricaded himself inside. Officers responded to the burglary report at approximately five in the morning, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
