Jurors deadlocked Thursday on all but a burglary charge, leaving unresolved the question of whether drug dealer Abed Fattoum was killed inside his tent in Southeast Portland.
Around 10 a.m. on December 21, 2022, Kailen Guffey is charged with second-degree murder for reportedly killing Fattoum, 57, after he refused to hand over a black backpack containing cash, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.
