Perhaps a snowy Groundhog Day is in the works, but Portlanders might not bother hoping for a white Christmas any more. Over the past week, the likelihood of snowfall in the Rose City has been gradually increasing, and we have been keeping readers informed.
It was nearly impossible at first, but it became a little more likely. The odds were better on Wednesday morning, but it wasn’t nearly better.
