Shortly after they found another man shot dead in a Vancouver park, police apprehended a man on Wednesday.
According to a statement from the Vancouver Police Department, Machou M. Machou, 23, may be charged with second-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of a 21-year-old near Jaggy Road Park at approximately 4:24 p.m.
Shortly after the incident, officers arrived at the scene and discovered the victim dead. According to the police, they then arrested Machou.
The victim’s identity has not been made public by the police.
Investigators are still looking into the shooting.
