The new owners of a 1902 Carpenter Gothic-style church in Southeast Portland that has been converted into four rental apartments are attorneys and real estate developers Daniel and Alana DiCicco. Holy Owned LLC is the name of their company.
The original bell is housed in the Basilican bell tower of the former Mizpah Presbyterian Church, the oldest building in the Ladd’s Addition area. The 10,264 square feet of living space inside still has architectural details and vintage fixtures like clawfoot tubs and refinished hardwood floors.
