Update: Air stagnation advisory expected to expire at noon

The South Central Oregon Coast was the subject of the advisory.

“The current Freeze Warning will be allowed to expire as daytime warming continues,” the National Weather Service remarks.

“Those who have respiratory disorders may experience complications as a result of poor air quality. Unprotected skin exposed to these low temperatures may suffer from frostbite and hypothermia. According to the weather service, “freeze conditions could damage unprotected outdoor plumbing and possibly kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.”

United Robots offers a service called Advance Local Weather Alerts that gathers the most recent information from the National Weather Service using machine learning.
