10 most expensive homes sold in central Oregon, Jan. 6-12

Top of the list of the most costly residential real estate sales in central Oregon over the previous week is a Bend home that sold for $2.8 million.

The average price of the 62 residential real estate sales that took place in the area over the course of the last week was $767,217, or $419 per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of January 6.

10. $1.2 million, single-family house at 436 S.W. Blakely Court

The Bend single-family house located at 436 S.W. Blakely Court has been sold. The house was purchased for $1,190,000, and the new owners moved in in January. The house has 1,400 square feet of living space and was constructed in 1979. The final cost per square foot was $850. On January 2, the agreement was concluded.

9. $1.5 million, single-family home at 61613 Woodriver Drive

The Bend single-family home at 61613 Woodriver Drive, which is 2,429 square feet, has been sold. The entire acquisition price was $1,485,000, or $611 per square foot, and the ownership transfer was finalized in January. The home was constructed in 2015. On January 2, the agreement was concluded.
