After reportedly approaching a 16-year-old girl on her way to school on Thursday morning, a Tigard man was taken into custody.
According to a statement from the Tigard Police Department, Cristian Serrano-Martinez, 32, is suspected of approaching the adolescent on the Fano Creek Trail in Tigard at approximately nine in the morning.
