Hundreds of non-union city workers were informed by Portland Mayor Keith Wilsonon on Tuesday that they must start working in person full-time in spring.
The instruction follows the mayor’s decision to rescind his earlier proposal for all city workers to return to office after it was met with strong opposition from workers and public union leaders.
