10 most expensive homes sold in Clackamas County, Jan. 6-12

The most expensive residential real estate sale in Clackamas County over the previous week is a $2 million home in Lake Oswego.

Over the course of the last week, the county had 71 residential real estate sales, with an average price of $741,121, or $351 per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of January 6.

10. $1.2 million, single-family house at 15800 S.E. Patsy Ave.

The owners of the Portland property located at 15800 S.E. Patsy Ave. have changed. The cost came to $1,245,320. The house is 3,268 square feet in size and was constructed in 2018. The cost is $381 per square foot. On January 2, the agreement was concluded.

9. $1.3 million, single-family home at 3060 Glenmorrie Drive
