Both of Oregon’s offensive tackles will be sent to the Senior Bowl.
Attack Josh Conerly Jr. became the first underclassman and the eighth Ducks player to accept an invitation to the all-star game after declaring for the NFL draft earlier this week. He accepts invitations to this year’s Senior Bowl along with receiver Tez Johnson, tight end Terrance Ferguson, linebacker Jeff Bassa, defensive end Jordan Burch, offensive tackle Ajani Cornelius, quarterback Dillon Gabriel, and nose tackle Jamaree Caldwell.
Conerly is the 56th player from Oregon to compete in the Senior Bowl, which will take place at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Alabama, on February 1.
Last season, Oregon sent five players to the Senior Bowl: safety Evan Williams, defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus, quarterback Bo Nix, center Jackson Powers-Johnson, and cornerback Khyree Jackson.
