How women at Nike set out to save the company from toxic culture

A few senior Nike workers got together for brunch at a coworker’s house in Portland’s West Hills towards the end of 2017.

The #MeToo campaign began a few months prior when actor Alyssa Milano invited individuals on Twitter to reply with “me too” if they had experienced sexual harassment or assault, following a New York Times article on movie mogul Harvey Weinstein’s history of sexual harassment.
