For the 2025 season, Oregon State will provide football coach Trent Bray a salary pool of $4.85 million for assistant coaches.
According to athletic director Scott Barnes, who spoke to The Oregonian/OregonLive, that figure is consistent with OSU’s commitment to Bray for the 2024 campaign. During coach Jonathan Smith’s last season in 2023, the assistant coaches’ compensation pool was $4.75 million.
