In 2025, Oregon will have a new defensive tackle on the field.
On Monday, defensive tackle Derrick Harmon of the Ducks announced his intention to enter the NFL draft.
This season, the redshirt junior recorded a career-high 45 tackles (10.5 for loss), five sacks, four pass breakups, and two forced fumbles.
Following Harmon’s departure, UO has nine interior defensive lineman slated to be eligible for scholarships in 2025, including nose tackle Jamaree Caldwell, who was granted an extra year of eligibility because he was a junior college player.
