2-alarm fire burns SE Portland commercial building

According to the fire bureau, an abandoned business facility in Southeast Portland was the scene of an early Saturday morning fire.

Because to the building’s size at Southeast 99th Avenue and Washington Street, a second alarm was sounded. Firefighters evacuated the structure through the roof after crews reported strong smoke upon arrival.

There were no reported injuries, and the cause of the incident is being investigated.

The Venue Gentleman’s Club, a strip club, used to be located in the building.
