1. $500K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths
This single-family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in the 61000 block of N.W. Cochran Rd., Timber, sold for $500,000 in December, or $285 per square foot. Built in 1981, the property occupies 1.8 acres and has 1,755 square feet of living space. On December 6, the agreement was concluded.
2. $497K, 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
Built in 1900 and situated in the 37700 block of Parker Lane, Astoria, the single-family home sold in December for $497,000 ($248 per square foot). Situated on a 20.9-acre lot, this 1981-built home boasts 1,760 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.
5. $460K, 4 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
In December, the ownership of this single-family home with four bedrooms and one bathroom changed. The 1,512-square-foot house, which is situated in the 24000 block of Highway 20 in Philomath, sold for $460,000, or $304 per square foot. The property was constructed in 1952 and is situated on a 0.9-acre lot. On December 3, the agreement was concluded.
6. $445K, 4 bedrooms / 1 bath
A detached home in Blodgett’s 36800 block of Happy Hollow Road with four bedrooms and one bathroom had a change of ownership in December. This 1,436-square-foot property was constructed in 1943 and sold for $445,000, or $310 per square foot. The lot is 1.2 acres in size. On December 3, the agreement was concluded.
