The Wilsonville man who was gone for two months and was charged with stealing over $1 million worth of goods and equipment from his workplace handed himself in on Thursday, the Sherwood Police Department posted on Facebook.
According to a previous statement from the Sherwood Police Department, Adrian Cooper, 36, was a warehouse manager at Okonite Manufacturing in Sherwood. Officials said that once police started looking into Cooper in April, they came to the conclusion that he had stolen and sold inventory and equipment valued at over $1.2 million.
According to police, he vanished about the time investigators started their inquiry.
Cooper was charged on October 18 with two counts of unlawful use of a vehicle and ten counts of first-degree aggravated theft.
