Oregon homebuilding will rebound but still fall short of goal, even into next decade, forecast says

Governor Tina Kotek told a group of Oregon’s political and business elite on the eve of her third year in office that the difficult problems she had taken on as governor were not meant to be solved quickly.

At the 2024 Oregon Leadership Summit, the governor stated, “I’m keeping my end of the bargain.” We have to stick with what we consider as effective.
