The most costly residential real estate transaction in Clark County during the last week is a Vancouver home that sold for $4.1 million.

Over the course of the last week, the county had 171 residential real estate sales, with an average price of $611,421. In the end, the average cost per square foot was $321.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 2.

The detached home located at 20204 N.E. 104th Ave. in Battle Ground has been sold. The mansion was purchased for $1,100,000, and the new owners moved in in November.
