This single-family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in Beaverton’s 7100 block of S.W. 152nd Ave., sold for $700,000 in November, or $466 per square foot. Built in 1979, the property has a 10,454-square-foot lot and has a 1,503-square-foot dwelling area. On November 21, the agreement was concluded.
5. $699K, 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms
When it sold in November, the single-family home in the 5100 block of N.E. 18th Ave., Vancouver, gave another possibility below the desired price range for $699,000 ($267 per square foot). Situated on a 12,065-square-foot lot, this 1911-built home boasts 2,620 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.
6. $699K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths
Built in 1966 and located in the 9900 block of S.E. 12th St., Vancouver, this single-family home sold for $699,000 (or $387 per square foot) in November. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,804 square feet of living space. There are 8,073 square feet of land on the property. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.
