What $300,000 can buy you in Portland metro area, Dec. 2 to 8

Between December 2 and December 8, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included residences under $300,000.

The best six properties in each neighborhood are broken down here, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.

Please be aware that even if a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 2.

Built in 1922, the house has 1,019 square feet of living space and is situated on a 7,314-square-foot lot. On December 2, the agreement was concluded.

A condominium in Tualatin’s 7100 block of S.W. Sagert St. with two bedrooms and three bathrooms saw a change of ownership in November. This 1,129-square-foot property was constructed in 1996 and sold for $299,000, or $265 per square foot. The lot is 381 square feet in size. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.

The condominium in the 10600 block of N.E. Holly St., Beaverton, sold for $298,000 ($308 per square foot) in November, providing another opportunity below the desired price range.
