After hearing gunshots in the Old Town district close to downtown Portland on Wednesday night, police took several firearms and arrested a guy.
Around 10:14 p.m., officers found a crashed automobile with guns inside when they arrived at the scene near Northwest 5th Avenue and Everett Street, according to a statement from the Portland Police Bureau.
