Two months after a pedestrian was killed in an alleged hit-and-run accident in east Portland in September, two men are charged with felonies.
According to the authorities, they believe that on September 27, Julio Salazar Arias, 39, and Sergio Cruz, 26, were operating different cars when they hit Cameron Barton, 37, and then took off.
