The most recent fiscal year saw notable pay increases for Oregon state employees, with the typical salary for full-time state employees increasing by around $3,000 in 2024 over the previous fiscal year.
The Oregonian/OregonLive analyzed state records and found that the state paid $3.9 billion to its 1,900 part-time employees and 49,000 full-time employees for the 12-month period ending in June.
