10 most expensive homes sold on the northern Oregon coast, Dec. 9-15

The most expensive residential real estate sale on the northern Oregon coast over the previous week is a $1.6 million home in Arch Cape.

The average price of the 58 residential real estate sales that took place in the area over the course of the last week was $506,330, or $313 per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 9.

10. $725K, single-family home at 227 Second Street

The owners of the property located at 227 Second Street in Manzanita have changed. It cost $725,000. The house is 1,670 square feet in size and was constructed in 2007. The cost is $434 per square foot. On December 6, the agreement was concluded.

9. $740K, single-family residence at 5603 Kiwanda Drive

The owners of the Pacific City property located at 5603 Kiwanda Drive have changed. It cost $740,000. The house is 1,635 square feet in size and was constructed in 1998. The cost is $453 per square foot. On December 5, the agreement was concluded.

8. $766K, single-family house at 90360 Clark Road
