10 most expensive homes sold on the northern Oregon coast, Dec. 2-8

The most expensive residential real estate sale on the northern Oregon coast over the previous week is a $1.9 million home in Cannon Beach.

Over the course of the last week, 59 residential real estate sales with an average price of $555,071 were reported in the region. In the end, the average cost per square foot was $311.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 2.

10. $749K, single-family home at 1140 Skyline Drive

The Tillamook single-family home located at 1140 Skyline Drive has been sold. The house was purchased for $749,000, and the new owners moved in in November. The home is 2,347 square feet in size and was constructed in 2018. It cost $319 per square foot. On November 26, the agreement was concluded.

9. $750K, single-family house at 1173 S.E. Harbor Crescent Drive
