The highest-priced residential real estate transaction in Washington County over the previous week is a $1.8 million Sherwood home.

Over the course of the last week, the county had 73 residential real estate sales, with an average price of $607,172. In the end, the average cost per square foot was $314.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 9.
